The Mishmi Hills of Eastern Arunachal Pradesh is the heartland of the Mishmi Tribe. They know the land like a ghost, roam the land like free spirits and use the land to live a sustainable life. Proud deadly warriors who were the first to migrate from Burma, they hunt when they are hungry, and even in the 21st century,  it is uncommon to see a Mishmi without his glorious machete and a double barrel shotgun. This is tribal land! Protected by the all pervading goddess Nani-Intaya; the sole creator of the universe for the Mishmis!
