It takes more than a hundred years to build this architectural marvel, which is found throughout the state of Meghalaya in India. Made entirely through the process of connecting the roots of a fig tree. A structure that is out of the pages of a Tolkien novel and thoroughly sustainable. An example of men co-living with nature and caring for nature.
